Education
Dr. Chase Cornils is from the small town of Hagerstown, IN. He attended high school in Hagerstown and then earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Ball State University. Dr. Chase graduated from Indiana School of Dentistry in 2010. Being a recent dental school graduate, he is up to date on the newest technologies and procedures. Dr. Chase comes from a family of dentists. His father and and sister practice dentistry back in his hometown of Hagerstown. Dr. Chase's family experience and education in the latest technology and techniques will enable him to provide the best quality of care for his patients. Dr. Chase enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys playing flag football, basketball and exercising at the gym. He is a BIG sports fan, especially for the hometown Colts and Pacers. Dr. Chase is very excited to provide quality dentistry to the families of Decatur Township and surrounding areas.
